I received a deceptive mailing from this company. It was labeled Personal and Confidential. It also said "Do not fold" and "Do not bend". It was a piece of advertising information. Don't trust a company whose first interaction with you is so deceptive!

Dr. Brennen is a very knowledgeable and personable. He takes good care of my hearing aids by calibrating and cleaning them perfectly. He is always smiling and very welcoming to his patients. Just an all-around good guy to take care of my hearing needs. And Tonya is a wonderful receptionist who is kind, friendly, and always has lots of mint candies on hand for me. Tanya snd Brennen are outstanding! We had an emergency and Tanya went the extra mile to schedule me with the technician Brennen, and Brennen was able to identify the problem and fix it right on the spot! Kudos!
