The technology is the best but the service after the sale is what made this hearing aide experience better than any other I've tried. Brennan is a great guy.
I received a deceptive mailing from this company. It was labeled Personal and Confidential. It also said "Do not fold" and "Do not bend". It was a piece of advertising information. Don't trust a company whose first interaction with you is so deceptive!

Dr. Brennen is a very knowledgeable and personable. He takes good care of my hearing aids by calibrating and cleaning them perfectly. He is always smiling and very welcoming to his patients. Just an all-around good guy to take care of my hearing needs. And Tonya is a wonderful receptionist who is kind, friendly, and always has lots of mint candies on hand for me.
