I recently bought a new set of hearing aids from beltone in Orange Texas. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get an appointment with them as both have stopped working. 4 calls leaving messages and no return call yet. The first call was almost 2 weeks ago. You people really need to catch up to the times. Your hours are listed as OPEN on Google right now but the sign on your entry states you are only open by appointment. No one is here. I just needed a routine maintenance service on my Beltone. It's ALWAYS BS with Beltone. I can NEVER get maintenance by the company. I ALWAYS have to go to a NON- BELTONE agent to get simple maintenance. I work out of town and can't schedule an appointment. A 15 minute cleaning doesn't require an appointment at other facilities.
