Very professional and friendly
I stopped in yesterday because one of my hearing aids just stopped working. I got them at MD Anderson. I didn’t want to make a trip to Houston if I could have someone look at them locally. I told Scott that immediately and he still helped me. He had it fixed under a minute and showed me how to fix it if it were to ever happen again and sent me on my way. Very kind, knowledgeable and service was great. I went to order a pair of hearing aids. I took my wife with me and we picked out a color that blended with my skin tone and my hair. Then Nicole fill out a form for ordering my hearing aids and I paid for him. She also gave me a receipt that I could use to get a refund from my HRA account. I was very pleased with her service.
Owners are nice, and nice to chat with them Especially they have the knowledge to pass it on. Thank you all!
