It’s a Sunday … I’m having problems getting my new phone paired with my HearingMax hearing devices!! I called Joann Hernandez who has been such a help to me over the years! I called her… she never is grouchy or says you need to wait til the store is open!! She helps me right then and there! This means so much to a person who can’t hear without help !!! People complain about the cost of Beltone hearing aids but I say it’s worth the money to have help any time you need it AND you never pay another fee!! How many businesses off... read more

I stopped hearing my tv. When I realized How loud I was turning up the tv up, i knew my hearing aids needed cleaning. What a difference! Thank you Beltone!
