Beautiful new office in an excellent location. Friendly, attentive staff that explain all the testing and your personal results in ways that are easy to understand. Looking forward to seeing (& hearing) everyone at Beltone for years to come.
Heidi and her team were excellent from start to finish. Heidi took the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand my situation before conducting the hearing test. She clearly explained each step of the process and reviewed the results with me in detail. I appreciated that she promptly sent the test results to both my doctor and specialist. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and caring. Plus, parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
