The staff at the Beltone location in Johnson City is wonderful! They were so accommodating and helpful navigating the hearing aid process. At almost 40, I wasn’t expecting to having hearing aids this early but Sherry made the process comfortable and reassured me that these are as common as glasses now. If you are thinking you might need a consultation for hearing issues, I would highly recommend Beltone in JC and Sherry!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Went for a consult to discuss my options, which were clearly explained, and think I’m going to enjoy their service. Updated: My follow-up after a few months was very good. Susan was friendly & helpful in any number of ways - tweaking my aids, cleaning, extra parts, etc. Could not ask for more. A superior visit compared to my previous hearing aid supplier.

I'm very satisfied with Beltone. I'm not great at reviews though. Tina was extremely helpful at the front desk. Susan was very thorough during my hearing exam. What more can I say?
