It was fine except the staff was late getting there. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. It was 8:45 before anyone arrived and about 9:15 before I saw Brooke. The session was quite long but OK.
I have always received excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
Employees are wonderful. I would say that anyone looking for hearing aids should go to Beltone for great service
