I was at beltone in Paducah Kentucky on 7/2/2025 to have my hearing aids adjusted and was highly disappointed as the agent was more interested in selling new aids than really tending to my personal needs. He gave my aids full volume without really determining that was what I needed. I will go somewhere else and have his error correctly!!

Nick was very polite and professional, and after tthe hearing test, he thoroughly explained the results and available options for hearing aid devices. He answered every one of my questions so that I could make an informed decision.
