Helpful, courteous and solved the problem
The young lady at the Washington location was absolutely wonderful now when I to set up the appointment I asked questions I was given incorrect information I asked if that $5000 card would pay for a pair of hearing aids and they said absolutely I wouldn’t have to pay anything hello that was wrong and I don’t appreciate that. I was given incorrect information.
People are friendly, cordial and competent that work there. Helpful and explain procedures clearly
Amy & Patty are very friendly & outgoing, and Patty is very proficient at repairs & maintenance. A very pleasant experience for sure .
