Hearing aids are good, but any issues after initial visit they did seem slightly put out. Alls good, "what?!" No longer is my catch phase:)

I took my mom here for her hearing exam. The staff was friendly and very patient with her initially until she had problems with her hearing aids which required 2 additional visits. She felt unheard snd the problem was not resolved despite the 2 additional appointments. Lucky, my mom’s insurance referred her to a different location. Her concerns and requests were immediately taken care of following one visit at the Cordova location off Germantown parkway.
I knew I had a problem with one of my ears and afrer being examine it is. I'm happy that I were tested.
Very good understanding is key She accomplished that.
