The experience was good. The surprise was that Anthony was there and we haven't seen him for about 4 years. He was our audiologist once before and we always always has good service with him so we were very pleased to see him again. I can't tell much about the hearing aids because they haven't got those yet. I've never tried this brand so I don't know but the service was great. The office was very neat. Very clean. Very nice.
