I was not satisfied nor happy withl my latest visit. After my hearing test I was sent into a closed room with a company representative who through much hype, and fast talking convinced me to purchase hearing aids that cost $6000.00 and to finance them for 5v years. Ic was presented with no other options and my insurance did not cover these heating aids. I called back and canceled the order and have another appointment set up to talk about other options. Hopefully everything will be resolved.
