Filter guards and regular cleanings at Beltone are always done professionally on an as needed basis for those of us who have had the joy of better hearing since coming to Beltone!
I received a mailer offering a gift card in exchange for a hearing aid test. I made an appointment with Joe McEldowney, the hearing test provider. I completely went through his test and listened to the pitch and it just wasn't affordable for me. I'm 81 yrs. old and am living on a very limited income. After the appointment I didn't receive the gift card as the mailer stated so I contacted Mr. McEldowney by email twice. As of this date, he has not responded to my emails.
