Katie (CUSTOMER SERVICE) Kravchat is AWSOME !!!!! Kadie Kravchak and staff are great people to work with concerning my hearing loss, Kadie will go the extra yard to assist as needed. I’m totally satisfied so far. Thanks. Add on 3/4/25, stopped by hopefully to repair backup hearing aids I still wear occasionally when doing something different. Unbelievable Kadie got the right one going again and prevented major repairs and money. Great job my friend. Stopped by on June 25th. Receptionist pleasant and so courteous. Ear doctor was super friendly and easy to talk with. Explained everything so I could understand. Was not pushy and listened to my questions and answered them. I was totally pleased with my appt and personnel. I look forward to using their product and to their service. After one visit I would recommend Beltone on Halstead Blvd Eliz City, NC.
