So disappointed at how unprofessional and uncaring this family was. They acted so friendly at first and were so quick totake our money, after our mother died, they went MIA. I even called them to tell them about our mother's passing and still nothing. No call, no note...NOTHING! Rob would come over and plop himself on our couch acting like he was part of the family only to be completely ignored and dismissed once they got "the sale." Don't be fooled by these extremely insensitive and rude people! ☹️
Very helpful and fixed a hearing aid I bought elsewhere on an urgent basis.
Very accommodating when I had to get my MIL’s hearing aids repaired and a cleaning kit. Was visiting from out of area and MIL is at long-term care center. Randomly came here and they were super helpful. Joy and Rob, thank you! (And they let me have a cookie! LOL)
