Very fast make appt, professional & friendly & slick
Small business but does give you personal attention. Have not completed my hearing aide service Still pending.
I received personalized attention. The audiologist, Robert, listened attentively to all my concerns. He was focused on making my hearing aids the best for me. This was so unlike Costco where they didn’t seem to care if the hearing aids were working for me. I left with more clarity from my hearing aids. He said to come back whenever I needed an adjustment. Lastly, they make it easy to get an appointment if you are having a problem. The staff is very friendly & make you feel comfortable.
