My husband called this place around 2 o’clock today before coming in to make sure it was open and somebody was available to assist him, the person who answered there said they were fixing to close even though it says online that they stay open till 4. He went in to hopefully get his hearing aid repaired, but was treated with hostility and disrespect. My husband and I purchased our hearing aids at the same time. We have received excellent service. Ed has patiently worked with us every two weeks adjusting our aids. He is always courteous and knowledge. We would recommend this office to anyone with hearing problems.

Had a great experience with my Mother. Mom had her Hearing Aids cleaned. Appointment went perfectly.
Worst customer service ever. Calallen office is never open, they don’t answer the phones and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is full. When we purchased the hearing aids for my dad they said stop by once a month for cleaning. The office hasn’t been open once. Had the hearing aids for 6 months and they have worked for a total of 4 weeks. Find another company.
