Very professional..........
Had a great experience with my Mother. Mom had her Hearing Aids cleaned. Appointment went perfectly.
Worst customer service ever. Calallen office is never open, they don’t answer the phones and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is full. When we purchased the hearing aids for my dad they said stop by once a month for cleaning. The office hasn’t been open once. Had the hearing aids for 6 months and they have worked for a total of 4 weeks. Find another company.
Was great. Connie was extra friendly. Audiologist was very informative. Would recommend to anyone over 65 with Medicaid or Medicare. Or anyone with hearing problems.
