The staff at Beltone i. Mt Vernon are super friendly and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and then explained all of the markings and test results! Asking questions was encouraged and they answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. When the time comes and my hearing goes, I'll definitely go back to the Mt Vernon Beltone office!
