Daryl Thomas, Hearing Instrument Specialist, Decatur Illinois was the best technician out of 4 locations I’ve used due to relocating several times. After having these since 2021, I’ve never heard this well, he cleaned and showed me how to clean the mic and hearing openings that none of the other specialists has ever took time to show me. I have been saying I’d never spend this kind of money again but if the Specialist knows their jobs they’re still good but thankfully Daryl in Decatur does.
