Went to Beltone, knowing I had a hearing problem. Didn't realize how bad it was tell Shannon put me through the test. She is very confortable to work with, no pressure. Tells it like it is. Received hearing aids, she adjusted the settings, amazing the difference they made. Very comfortable to ware. She explains everything, makes sure your very confortable with new hearing aids. Excellent, and very knowledgeable salesperson.
