Pat and his staff are professional, organized and extremely helpful adjusting my 87 YO Mother’s FIRST set of hearing aids. I have had several set due to a Preexisting condition. My next set will be purchased through Pat and Beltone. Customer service is very important to me as a consumer and this Beltone outfit delivers!

Great experience. Only issue was delayed delivery of the aids.
Read Jeanne’s post- she obviously went into the wrong hearing aid place if she lives in the Carrollton or Douglasville GA area. I have been a Beltone customer for five years and they have served me well. The primary reason is the terrific service and support provided by Pat and Danielle. They both take the time to make sure your aids are working well and are very experienced. I have never been disappointed in the service they provide. Phil Golden
Close your doors! They will not service what they sell and have terrible customer service. I asked for new hearing test three times because of changes to my eardrums. Didn't happen. He said my left aid wan not working. He changed the battery that I had changed two days before. Still not working, but he did nothing to help. He said the only thing they can do is to adjust the volume and that I should be able to do that my myself. The right ear is just muffled hearing.
