Always friendly &prompt service
Getting an appointment was very easy online/ phone call. The staff at the Brunswick, ME location were professional and polite. Went through the hearing test and showed me my results. Rather than dismissing me, stating my hearing is acceptable and you really don't need any hearing assistance devices, we discussed a plan moving forward to monitor my hearing. Having that discussion really made me feel like choosing Beltone was the perfect decision.
Service has been good I dropped off my bad hearing aid and they immediately sent it out to be serviced I’m supposed to get it back in a week and a half
