very great experience for my hearing professional, I have been having issues with my hearing aids, in Fack they were not working effetely, they did check them out and correct them, they are working for now
Michael Donovan in your Brockton location could not have kinder, more knowledgeable and patient. I simply can't say enough about him.
Horrible customer service. Had to be without hearing aid for 24 hrs because they didn’t have tech that could tell secretary where the part was so they could just give it to me. They told me Micheal would call me but never did. Also supervisor was suppose to call me but again never did. Just a horrible experience.
