I had used over the counter! And store purchased aids more than once with mixed results. Nothing was really giving me a comfort level of sound and clarity. On recommendation of a friend I finally tried Beltone. It was more money than I had planned for but I soon realized the superior function of the aid! I've had it for six months and just had a 6 month check in with my in store contact! She checked the operation and function and cleaned it. And I'm VERY pleased and am now recommending to my friends and family!
