I have had my Beltone hearing aids for 3 months now and love them. They are very comfortable, recharge themselves, so no batteries. The office folks are very pleasant & helpful. You could not ask for better service. Jean Anderson, Jackson, Ms. on North State Street.

I cannot say enough good about Debbie and the Beltone Office in Jackson. Debbie takes care of all the details and uses her years of knowledge and experience to make the process of testing and getting the hearing aids you need easy and seamless. I'm 51 years young and I have been a long time customer for so time. I have always had a warm and professional visit. I would recommend this Jackson location to anyone. They are a very caring group of people. Love the receptionist, Vicki,,, and love my Dr. Fortenberry as well. :)
Recently I took my 95 year old father to the Beltone Center in the MAW building in Jackson MS. We had a great experience with both the office personnel (Debbie and Vicki). Both were very professional in their dealings with my Dad. They were very personable and helpful making the entire visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this Beltone office and the staff. We purchased a hearing aid that has enabled my Dad to hear sermons again and to be able to talk without shouting to all of us. Good job Beltone.
