I went to Beltone to inquire about custom musician ear molds . The office is warm and welcoming and the receptionist is very sweet and professional. Jack the hearing care practitioner was so helpful and warm.we chatted for quite a while about the music we like and the concerts we attend. He is so charming and really knows his stuff! He explained everything , took impressions , allowed me to choose my color (fun) and was in constant contact as to when they would arrive .
