Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. The testing was good & comfortable. The results were explained well. Very good experience so far. Follow up appt. she couldn't connect me to her computer, so we couldn't see my progress. A little frustrating as I'm having a difficult time hearing conversations. She says to follow up in 2 months.

The hearing instrument specialist Anna did an excellent job of assessing my hearing. She then did a very excellent explanation of my hearing problems and made the correct and probably only solution to my problems. The needed solution was to have stronger amplification of the sound going to ears.
