My right hearing aid seemed to have stopped working. I tried cleaning it and replaced the guard that often gets plugged with wax, all to no avail. I went to Beltone in Daphne, was immediately welcomed, and after about 5 minutes my hearing aids were returned to me, both having been thoroughly cleaned and in perfect working order. Prompt, courteous and professional service.

My 75-year-old mother has been a loyal Beltone customer and we genuinely want to stay with them. But what is happening at this Daphne location is deeply concerning. She dropped off her hearing aids on April 16th and was told they would be back by April 20th or 21st. It is now April 25th. They are still not back, no confirmed return date has been given, and no loaner was offered when the delay became known. My mother is completely deaf in both ears.
