My first time in long for a hearing test. Staff was patience and very support and very attending to my needs. They very professional thanks
Very complete examination, one like I never had before. Very professional and thorough. Took the time to explain everything and what each step of the examination was trying to accomplish. Next step is getting the hearing aids fitted and starting to use. Did not try and push the more expensive hearing aids, explained the pros for each one and then let you decide.
Very courteous and professional staff. I walked into the office and was immediately taken for my exam. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions I asked. Wendy is a friendly receptionist and very accommodating to meet my scheduling needs. I highly recommend this business!
