Wendy and Erik are very professional and very friendly. I am very glad that they have taken care of me.
Upon entering I was greeted by a really nice receptionist. Mr. Dos was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was the last patient and I thought the ear exam would have been rushed, however, he thoroughly explained each test. Mr. Dos showed me two different pricing sheets and I was able to choose the more affordable brand. I highly recommend this particular Beltone location due to the great customer service.
Eric explained everything clearly and with patience, took the time needed to assure everyone was clear on what to expect as we go forward from here. A nice place to get the treatment you need and appreciate.
Great visit with wonderful folks. Eric always takes care of my hearing aids and keeps me advised of things I need to remember.
