I love my care specialist, Shelby Gissel. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond her duties, even making house calls. But I am not happy with the hearing aids she sold me! I was promised that I would get used to them and they would improve my quality of life. I unfortunately kept them beyond the 30-day free trial period but would like to return them for some compensation if I'm still not satisfied after my next appointment with Shelby. Caring service with a smile, can’t ask for anything else, give them a try. You will be happy you did. I’ve used the Moncks Corner and the Orangeburg locations.
