Dealing with a family-owned business is the way to go for Beltone hearing aids! Customer service is second to none! My husband had an issue and it was resolved as quickly as possible! Thank you, Amanda!!!
Paid over $10,000 for these hearing aids and have had to send them back twice in a year! This time they said it was still under warranty!!! At $10,000 they should be under warranty for life!!! They should not be breaking down! Makes me wonder about your product.
It’s been over 2 months and still have not heard them.
