On time, polite, needed another appointment to do the hearing test tho. Appointment was for a hearing test. Felt like a sales pitch since the warranty for my old hearing aids expired 4 months ago but I was told I couldn't replace my one hearing aid I lost. It was no longer made, yet he could sell me a refurbished pair that was "newer model" than my 3 year old pair.
