Poor customer service, only interested in selling expensive products. Difficult to get help with problems.

Went to get hearing checked and to discuss possibly obtaining new hearing aids. Aaron gave me a thorough exam and explained my aid options diligently. Jess checked my insurance and everything was great. I bought a new set of Beltone’s. To pick them up in a week. Highly recommend Beltone in Zanesville.
