Mr Brewer was very professional, very thorough explaining every step of hearing evaluation, results, cleaning , personable and caring what I needed for hearing improvement adjusting my devices.
Arrived at my 9:00 appointment at 8:45 I left at 9:30. No one was there building locked. Professionally someone should have let me know something was going on.
