Harlan Cato was great. I have experience with two other Beltone offices in MA and this was by far the best. No pressure, great explanations and knowledge. I had a problem with my current hearing aids and he cleaned them and checked them to be sure they were ok. They worked great afterwards. Best of all no charge for his services. I will upgrade here when I need to. He has offices in Cornelius and Kannpolis also. Check him out.

u cant go wrong people with Harlan he has been great and great service and product and i have been to the other top company that have hearing aids but they service is nothing liked u get from Harlan he deserve more then stars here people
