The service I received from Chuck in the Bangor center was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information that I didn’t know about the hearing aid that I purchased from the Presque Isle store. I’m just not satisfied with the ones that I was sold
Chester and his receptionist, didn’t get her name, were sweet to me. Thorough throughout the whole process
The hearing aids are ok The office doesn't seem to be open much after my purchase. I did the lease plan due I wasn't sure what was best I was told I could cancel any time wich means you have to buy out the lease unless they will take them back very Shady at best I would not recommend this .
