Chuck was very thorough and explained everything concisely. He explained all about the hearing aids and how they could help me. I put on a pair of the invisions for a demonstration. I have to confess they are quite amazing. Thank you for a very comfortable visit. It was like visiting an old friend. Great job sir.

The service I received from Chuck in the Bangor center was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information that I didn’t know about the hearing aid that I purchased from the Presque Isle store. I’m just not satisfied with the ones that I was sold
