My appointment was with Bill. He was very polite and informative. I will definitely go back if needed.
This visit was a success and I Received nothing but excellent service from start to end. I Did not use my hearing aids, but at all since I had gotten them. They were not helping me hear any better. Made an appointment to have them looked at and also had another hearing test. By the time I left my appointment I could actually hear better when wearing. Not only are the hearing aids the best I’ve ever had the service is quick and professional.
Financing plan in actuality was NOT what was told to me. Charging station does not work. Crackling noise in my new hearing aids, I’m using my old ones more often than these new ones! These folks used to be so much better. Sorry I didn’t return them in the allotted time.
Honest and well informed . Easy to understand .
