An all around positive experience! I wasn't rushed, she really listened to my needs. So grateful for the new programming & the cleaning. It's like brand new hearing aids again! Definitely my new hearing care center!

Absolutely excellent service. What I expected to be a routine cleaning of my hearing instruments turned out to be faulty hearing aids. Christy administered a hearing test to get settings and programmed a demo pair of instruments to use while my present instruments (only 4 months old) were sent for repair. Better, more friendly and personal service is not possible.
Christy did a great job explaining what the procedures entailed and what to expect when in the booth and going through the hearing evaluation. She showed and explained the results on the graphs in easy to understand terms. Cristy is very easy to converse with given her friendly personality. Jocelyn was very helpful with answering questions I had on the forms I was filling out.
They were very helpful in getting me in a tight schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable
