The facility, itself, was clean, pleasant and easy to find. I was waited on promptly and courteously. Zachary Watson preformed my hearing test and immediately went over the results. He determined that my minor hearing loss did not indicate the use of a hearing aid. He gave me suggestions to help me better hear and understand certain television sounds. I was very pleased with my experience at Beltone.
This was the most professional visit I have had. Zack took time to fully explain and show me my hearing loss. He was very thoughtful and worked with me on affordability.
Beltone was professional and the test was complete and easy. The explanation of the test was easy to understand.
I always have a good experience with them. They always answer my questions and get any problem I have fixed in a timely manner.
