The best thing Steve Carbone does is work with the patient after the purchase of a new hearing aid. Too many of our friends end of tossing the aids into a drawer because they are unhappy with them. Steve keeps up to date with all new aspects of the Belltone family and just helps us with any problems we might have getting use to the device. He's up to date on fittings, new technology and the best aids for your problems. I would highly recommend him and the Belltone instruments to everyone.
