Lori is the greatest! She went the extra mile for me and beyond helping me with my insurance. She never lost patience with me even when I called her almost daily. I had to make an appointment to get my hearing aids adjusted and she had me in the next morning. I am so thankful for her. This is the excellent service I have come to expect from this office. They are wonderful people.
Todd.is one of the most knowledgeable and professional person you will ever meet. He is well trained in his field and demonstrates Beltone products that best suit your needs but never pushes a sell. Lori has helped us with scheduling and always helps should we need a schedule change. We like them so much we drive to Columbia when services are available in Spring Hill or Franklin Tn
