I had a problem with one aid and they got me in quickly. Diagnosed the problem and explained why it needed to be sent off. The turnaround time was acceptable.
I will get my hearing aids from here Belton pekin Il. But next time I will go somewhere else. The hearing aids didn’t work then took them I they cleaned them tried them still not working. Went back in secretary I talked to she stated I am suppose to bring them in twice a yr to have them cleaned I said well I didn’t know that no one told me that. This lady looked at me and said WELL THATS HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE. WOW calling me a lier!!!!!!! Oh I left there pissed big time. That how you treat a customer???????? Came home calle... read more
