Eric goes over and beyond to make sure your hearing is perfectly balance to meet your individual needs. No matter how many do overs he remains patient, professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to making sure your hearing is comfortable for you. I appreciate and pleased with the service I received and will continue with them for my hearing needs.

Eric is very good, very thorough and wss able to work with my husband Who suffers profound hearing loss, by putting him at ease.
