Wow! The staff at the Newark, DE office are nothing short of amazing! From the ease of appointment scheduling to the helpful directions about parking I knew my mom was going to have an exceptional experience and I couldn't have been more correct! I would highly recommend Beltone to anyone that is considering a hearing aid. Mark is wonderful and Robin is a great person as well. The service I got was excellent. I have been hearing impaired my entire life and had analog hearing aids years ago that i didn't wear because they were overwhelming. With the technology that is available today i have now found the wonderful world of hearing. I literally have been hearing things i have never heard before! It is amazing! Zero stars, absolutely the worst, now I have to find another audiologist because this place never provided me with any size, model, parts replacement information not recorded this in the owners manual right where it is to be convenient written for the customer. The absolute worst!
This BelTone is a waste of time. The service my 80 year old father received was unacceptable. When he needs new hearing aids; we will not get BelTone again!!
