I highly reccomend anyone with hearing issues to go here. The audiologist was patient and very clearly explained everything from the different types of hearing aids, to what exactly my insurance (Tru-Hearing through Humana) covers. The office staff was stellar. I bought hearing aids at Costco a few years ago, the staff was average and I still feel like they didn't have my hearing aids adjusted right. Felt kind of corporate, if that makes sense. I will update this after I receive mine and try them for a few days.
Mr. CATO WAS THE BEST he did a fabulous job with my husband, addressed all his questions about the hearing aids. My husband is so pleased with the hearing aids. Thanks Mr. Cato and Linda!!
Excellent service the staff. This staff explains everything and works with you in setting up apts. This is the place to go for hearing issues.
