She is professional, yet friendly and does her very best to take care of my hearing needs!! She is able to fix just about anything I throw at her, including so many user errors!!🤣 My life is so much better!! I can hear my 5 yr old granddaughter loud and clear, which is my favorite sound in the world!! There isn’t room here to write enough about how dedicated and how great she is at her job!!
