Lindsay is great. Always informative and helpful.
Lindsey always makes sure my settings are correct, the hearing aids are clean, and that there are no issues with using them. She also had me video watching her change out the hearing aid silicone "caps" so that I would do it correctly on my own.
I actually look forward to my hearing aid maintenance appointments... Lindsay is a joy!

She is professional, yet friendly and does her very best to take care of my hearing needs!! She is able to fix just about anything I throw at her, including so many user errors!!🤣 My life is so much better!!
