Terrible management and untrained "maintenance". Management has done nothing but lie and avoid us in 8 months of living here and we've never had any appliances fixed (everything leaks), there's been a roach problem since we've moved in, and they are unwilling to replace or fix damages like the carpet or paint splattered everywhere. I would 100% NOT recommend Belton crossings to anyone that has any other option
I know some people that live there and they are out of a/c for 2 weeks and pay rent. Nobody in the office and it's hot outside that of same
Run down. Molded. Leaking water lines. Don't care management. What's not to love here. I'd go on & on but it'd be removed. Do not waste your time here.
The first three weeks I lived here I had to shower at my gym because the shower was as unusable. They never fixed it. My step dad did. Now I have a whole chewed through my back door that is letting all sorts of horrible things into my apartment. I’ve made maintenance requests. The maintenance guy Kevin has come to look at it. Nothing has been done. I don’t feel safe in my own home. I take my trash out every day. I have never left food out. It doesn’t matter when you hand a 3x3 gap in your door. I’m So disgusted
