A major move across the country was done efficiently and smoothly. The crew was friendly, courteous and they enjoyed working together! It was nice to see! Driver delivered on time and very expeditious -- 2.5 hours! I was so impressed by the professionalism and politeness. I would hire them again! The staff and coordination were top-notch and excellent in their process. I felt cared for at every stage!

Couldn’t express how disappointed I am in this company. Me and my 60 year old parents 1 of which has severe medical needs decided to move down to Texas to better give him a better environment. While I was down there helping set up my dad my mom was getting the house sold. Part of this is the moving company. Eric O’Donnell the “consultant” came in told my mom that it would be delivered by a certain date omitting the fact that there is actually a large window for delivery. North American Van Lines movers were professional, careful, organized, efficient, timely, and completely trustworthy when we moved cross country. They made the moving process stress-free, and they were delightful people to have in our homes. I highly recommend them. The quote was fair, and didn’t change upon delivery. Thomas went the extra mile for us to make sure that everything got delivered damage-free.
