Recommendedthe restaurant and staff were amazing! my very first time going with my wife. the room was amazing abd comfortable. I wish the slots were updated in the casino and we had a better view than the parking lot but other than that we will come again since the staff were completely professional. the cooks making my steak in the buffet took a lot of unnecessary anger from some customers but they were very very professional and I praise them. they are the main reason I will come back

Terrible service and terrible upkeep at this hotel and casino. It’s difficult to get drinks, very difficult to use money and cash out machines as they are out of order and lots of the gambling machines are out of service. The spa is great though

Love it here. I was losing until I decided to get my players card again. We always have fun and the people are very nice. Just waiting on some free night stays now. 😊
I want to thank the friendly staff a Belterra. On Feb. 15 we drove up there from Lexington to celebrate Valentine's Day and to our much dismay to Buffet was closed. After speaking to a guest services representative she comp us a meal at the sports restaurant. It was not crab legs but we appreciated the meal. Thanks Belterra or saving our Valentine's Day!
