We used Beltam Projects for a carport-to-garage conversion; a new carport build, plus a new leadlight window installation in a Federation house. We found Michael to be very personable and a great communicator.His crew were hard working and very pleasant. Michael was always available and promptly addressed any matters raised.We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Michael and crew.
Michael and his apprentice replaced our old Victorian fireplace with an electric heater. It wasn’t the easiest job as the fireplace had been in for a few hundred years. They both did a brilliant professional job. Left them both in my house alone, extremely trustworthy and very friendly, highly recommend Beltam Projects.
The boys from Beltam did an outstanding job renovating my kitchen. They were efficient, friendly, and delivered a high standard of workmanship throughout. They managed the entire process seamlessly, coordinating all specialist trades and making everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Michael installed a Fire place for me He was very professional prompting service reliable punctual. Very good price I can highly recommend him.
Michael has been great to work with on the complete renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment. He's been accommodating and flexible, and despite some delays with our strata, he got the project underway as soon as possible. We appreciate the beautiful herringbone timber floors he sourced for us. Overall, he's been professional, easy to work with and friendly, and we'd recommend him to others and will keep in touch for future projects.
