Michael has been great to work with on the complete renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment. He's been accommodating and flexible, and despite some delays with our strata, he got the project underway as soon as possible. We appreciate the beautiful herringbone timber floors he sourced for us. Overall, he's been professional, easy to work with and friendly, and we'd recommend him to others and will keep in touch for future projects.
I've been using Michael for various repairs and projects for our homeless charity for the past 2 years. He is always helpful and flexible and the quality of his work is excellent. He keeps me up to date with projects and communicates quickly and clearly. Thoroughly recommend.
I have just finished a project Michael and his team at Beltam and cannot speak or recommend them highly enough. Communication throughout the process was A1, always advised and turned up when they had indicated they would. His advice on the works was very knowledgeable which related to rising damp issues. The quote was very reasonable and the workmanship excellent. At a time when it was difficult enough to find tradesman for this type of work, I honestly could not be happier.
