My experience with Skyline Living was challenging for quite some time, and I often felt that communication and follow-up were lacking. My gf lived here for about 2 weeks so far and we where charged 2 times for plummers to show up for the buildings toilet not flushing and the bathtub decideding to bring sewage water to full up the bathtub from the drain so far out experience with this building is worse then PEEL living and that’s saying a lot for peel living if you know what peel livings building conditions are like tbh if this building was ownd by peel living thay wodent charge us $350 ish per Plummer trip to redew the buildings bathroom that was fully reno... read more

The move-in has been going great. I have lived in the same house for 38 years and from the beginning of the move dealing with Tara( the property manager) has been without issues. The unit itself is in like new condition. I would recommend the complex to everyone.

Communication with management is good. There is always notice of any work to be completed, notice of upcoming fire alarm checks, and you are always notified of upcoming apartment inspections in advance. There is an effort to keep the building clean. The only issue that I have had this winter is the accumulation of dog waste at the dog waste station, not being cleaned up regularly.
