Bill Thompson is rude, aggressive and unprofessional. He attacked me verbally over the phone when I called to question the deduction he made to my security deposit and why it took over 30 days to return. I would not recommend his agency to anyone!
Beware! Bill Thompson is the worst landlord in Charleston. We had to complete an emergency evacuation of this South Of Broad property because of mold. We tried to work with Thompson and owner to remediate the problem for almost a year until finally family members were showing signs of mold sickness. We had to fight to get our deposit back but had tremendous moving expenses and rug and furniture remediation. The only good part of our experience was the Handyman Craig!
