I have been impressed with bel red dentist’s practice in bellevue redmond area for over a decade now. They are excellent in suggesting preventative care. The care provided by Dr Butler and Dr Sahi is exceptional. What amazes me is their consistency in doing what’s right for the patient. It is a little difficult to get appointments, but well worth the wait. I fly back to Seattle whenever I need a dentist because I know that I’d be better off visiting them than trying any other dentist practice. Thank you for your service!

After being a loyal patient here for over 5 years and always paying on time, my experience completely deteriorated. Their equipment is outdated. For several months, their water scaler leaked and sprayed water over me during visits, which they took forever to fix. Their hypocrisy on scheduling is equally frustrating: they charge late fees if you are late, yet think nothing of making you wait 45 minutes past your weekday appointment, only to randomly cancel procedures because they mismanaged their time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was open, listened to my concerns, and made me feel heard. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
