It should be 4 stars or 5. I definitely recommend it—it’s still my favorite place so far! But to be honest, I’ve noticed that some of the newer staff members aren’t always as responsive to client preferences. Since this is a service-oriented business, especially in beauty and hygiene, it’s really important that clients feel heard and comfortable with the experience they’re getting. I was very impressed as a first time client at Beloved! I came for a classic spa pedicure and Jocelyn did a phenomenal job. She took her time on the massage and did not rush through it, she was very detailed and careful when applying polish and cleaned up around the edges of the nail, cuticle cut was seamless and not painful like I’ve experienced with other salons. I am happy and have scheduled 4 weeks out to see her again. The atmosphere is great, it appears very clean and not cluttered. Highly recommend this salon!
