Very disappointing experience. I got shellac done just a week ago, and it’s already chipping off, which is really poor quality. I called the salon and was told it was okay to come in within half an hour to have it fixed. I made the effort to go there, only to be told when I arrived that they were too busy and to come back later. What made it worse was the way I was treated. I can’t begin to describe how incredible everyone at Beloved Nails is! I have been seeing Co for years to get hard gel manicures, and he went above and beyond when we all came in the get our nails done before my wedding. There were decorations and he even went as far to get us champagne to celebrate the special occasion. Kind workers but at all satisfied with my results. I asked for a dark red ombré (photo on the right) and ended up with bright pink, which was not even mixed as an ombré. The 70 dollars I payed was not at all worth it. My friend’s nails were also horrible- the lady working on hers kept apologizing for shaky hands but continued rushing anyways to deal with a walk in client. Would not come back! Looking for a new place to fix this disappointment..

Yen is awesome at gel nails. Creative and suggests practical designs for everyday life. She checks in constantly to make sure the design is what I want. I’ve been seeing her for a few months and would definitely recommend! Great price for the quality!

My daughter and 2 friends were booked to have their nails done at 1:30pm. They were done at 4:45pm. During that time they took walk in appointments while the girls waited. Terible service.
